Battery

Battery gives 50% power to all applications for all Agents (except another Battery application).

Intel Feed[]

Application utilizes an ePBP interface (enhanced Pair-Bond Protocol) to link together an entire team. This is an expansion of EuroCorp's patented PairBond chip system.

The Battery application is another attempt by EuroCorp to increase team efficiency and adaptability. Working through an active ePBP link between Agents in a field team, the user of the Battery application can convert adrenaline into an electric charge, which is shared with fellow Agents. Agents on the receiving-end convert the energy back into adrenaline, which is used to restore all their applications partially.

Components[]

  • Capacitor Increase: (+10% Recharge) Through experimentation, a clever way was found to make more CHIP architecture available to serve as part of the capacitor, making more power overall available to be re-distributed.
  • Battery Efficiency: (+15% Recharge) Channelling the energy stored in the capacitor was optimized by rerouting the flow, thanks to better code work. Adrenaline-to-power conversion is further increased.
  • Application Reset Add-On: (+20% Recharge) Initially researched by Cayman Global, but later on obtained by EuroCorp, this add-on is a significant improvement to the base application. Through new multi-threading code added to the application, it is now possible to reroute additional power.
  • Battery v2.0: (100% Recharge to DART Overlay) one of the first tasks of the new head of Wulf Western's software engineering was to oversee the acquisition and improvement of the Battery source code. Removing vast amounts of hacks and superfluous comments resulted in a streamlined version of the application. The vastly superior code structure allows for the DART Overlay reservoir to be fulled at the same time as recharging applications.
